For IVA Help

If you are looking for IVA help then talk to us. There have been many misleading and inaccurate statements promoted recently on the subject of IVA's and IVA help. The ability to "write off 95% of your debt" is not achievable through an IVA and the only alternative, which reflects such a claim, is bankruptcy. However, it is true to say that an IVA can write off a substantial amount of your debt but it is impossible to quote a percentage as it varies from case to case. Honest IVA help is what we're here for. If you want to know the real facts regarding IVA help please feel free to contact us.

For Debt Help

All of our solutions are designed to give permanent debt help. A big part of controlling debt is education and learning to survive without the need or reliance on credit. Providing debt help in the form of an IVA or debt management can only be effective if the individual understands the reason why they got into debt in the first place.

To effectively manage debt usually involves a change in lifestyle or a change of attitude towards credit. The best debt help you can receive is to learn to live within your means. Of course a lot of the time the reason many people get into debt is out of their control and could be related to a number of other factors. Our experts are sympathetic towards your situation and will provide the best debt help available.

For Debt Management

A debt management plan is a much more informal agreement to repay your creditors through a single affordable repayment which is then repaid to your creditors in proportion to the amount that you owe them.

Unlike an IVA, debt management is not a formal contract between you and your creditors and so you are not bound to adhere to it, if your circumstances change. Most creditors will agree to freeze interest and charges on a debt management plan provided that they are satisfied that the repayment that is offered is realistic and that you are seen to make regular payments into the plan.

In the circumstances, therefore, it is generally inadvisable to vary or stop making payments into a debt management plan since this could cause interest and payments to recommence and creditors could, once again, start contacting you to establish how your circumstances have changed and why you have reduced or stopped making payments. Ivahelp.co.uk will consider this option before an IVA if it can successfully control your situation.
